Mindfulness is a natural human potential waiting to be ignited.

We all have the ability to be fully present, but sometimes we need a little nudge. Mindfulness practice is like training a muscle: the more you use it, the stronger it becomes. Most likely, you'll start to notice the world around you in a whole new way, feeling more connected to yourself and everything else. Being mindful about becoming integrated, whole, letting your experiences unfold from moment to moment and accepting them as they are, without judgement.
