Though Amsterdam's canals are cool, I often crave the thrill of crisp mountain air and the salty ocean waves. Travel is my fuel, and nature's my playground – especially when spring unfolds its magic. Watching the world bloom fills my soul with sunshine.
Ramen enthusiast, fresh bread fanatic, certified ice cream connoisseur (and yes, a total nut for nuts!)
Beyond the yummy stuff, I'm passionate about art, music, dance, and yoga is my guiding light.
As a yoga teacher and medical coach, I guide those facing chronic illness, cancer, burnout, stress crisis, or just needing a well-being boost. I also empower caregivers, because taking care of yourself is essential, too.
I love delving deep, listening without judgment, and supporting people in finding new perspectives.
I enjoy embracing growth, finding beauty in the journey, and cultivating kindness. The power of being present, accepting ourselves (flaws and all), and living in the moment - that's where the magic happens.
And then there was YOGA!
When I first encountered yoga in my teens, it was like love at first practice, and since then we have never been apart. It has always been a faithful companion, and particularly during my own journey through illness and recovery - Yoga is my north star.
My yoga journey began in 2000, exploring Hatha, Vinyasa and then followed a Kundalini Yoga teacher training. Deepening my practice, later on, I became a Yin Yoga teacher and integrated mindfulness, meditation, and movement disciplines (martial arts, Qigong, Tai chi) into my teachings.
And then there was Coaching!
As a result of several medical crisis, I found myself “forced” to revamp and reconsider my professional and personal life. After years of this difficult ongoing process, I came across the possibility of putting my own experience to use, and became a coach myself, so I could help others that have gone, or are going through similar challenges.
With a genuine interest in others and their experiences, I help individuals by using a multitude of approaches and techniques, and by bringing my own determination and passion into the space where maladjusted attachments can be disclosed and dealt with, always striving towards empowerment and resilience.
The world is a constant buzz of amazing experiences. But if you're always on the go, you miss it all. Mindfulness is your superpower to hit the pause button and truly experience what's happening right now. It's not just about seeing things, but feeling the sun like a warm hug and hearing laughter like wind chimes. Be present, be awake, and soak it all in. These moments become treasures you carry with you forever.
